All products sold by Chemical Formula Services are digital goods delivered electronically via download links or email. Because digital files cannot be physically returned or recalled once accessed, downloaded, or transferred, all sales are final.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Since our products consist entirely of digital content and downloadable PDFs, we do not accept or process any returns. There is no method to return a digital asset once it has been delivered to your device or email inbox.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • A direct downloadable link will also be displayed instantly on the order completion page (Thank You page).

Note: Please ensure you input a valid and correct email address at checkout to prevent delivery delays.

5. Download Restrictions

Each purchased formulation eBook features a strict download limit of 2 times only.

  • You are permitted to download your purchased PDF file up to two times from the provided link.

  • Once the second download is attempted or completed, the dynamic link will automatically expire.

  • We strongly advise saving and backing up your files safely to a secure local computer, mobile device, or trusted cloud storage immediately after your first successful download.

6. Technical Support & Delivery Issues

If you experience any technical difficulties, or if you do not receive your download link via email or on the Thank You page after a confirmed payment, please contact our support team.
